Residents of San Juan had strong words after President Trump tweeted on Oct. 12 that relief workers would not stay in Puerto Rico “forever.”

If you understand Spanish you will recognize that this is raw emotional grief being expressed, not anger as it would appear if you do not understand Spanish. This man is speaking with drips of profound agony searing his soul. #CulturalCompetency

‘Mr. President, you charlatan.’ Puerto Ricans react to Trump’s…Residents of San Juan had strong words after President Trump tweeted on Oct. 12 that relief workers would not stay in Puerto Rico “forever.”

Please stand up to the soul searing games this man in the WH plays on our people, your people, who are in the middle of an unprecedented humanitarian crisis still in survival mode, not yet in recovery mode. Every single person in PR was personally affected by this, not just a portion of their population. Every single person from the Gov down to the mountain peasants and the bees struggling to find food.

All of the people suffering from horrific natural and manmade disasters in our country right now from devastating wildfires to debilitating water and hurricane related disasters and mass shootings, all of them need and deserve a man n the WH who provides compassion, hope and actionable help, not word and head games.

Be a decent human being and stand up to this WH atrocity and do not allow such words to become the norm towards vulnerable people anywhere, for any reason.

It is clear that we are being governed by malevolence, bitterness, pettiness, petulance, and a pure ego-driven soul. There is no more hiding, justifying or even explaining this behavior away. The only thing left to do is to stand up to it and then work around it for the sake of the human souls directly affected by it. Please, do your part too.
